Puerta Limon, Costa Rica

So this post will be minimal. Our trip here last month is where we found the baby sloth up in the tree. It was the highlight of the day. You can see it here.

Today we will just go pick up my door magnet since I already have the Christmas ornament. We will also get a little exercise with walking.

There were two other ships in port beside ours. Carnival and AIDA, which is a German ship but owned by Carnival. I liked the graphics on the outside. It was cute.

Last night we watched the movie, Woman King. It was much better than expected. Apparently based on a true story. I would recommend it. Most of the day after our venture outside, Chuck and Brian played Cribbage while Shari and I semi tried to feign interest. She did better than I.

Tonight’s entertainment was a magician named Bill Cook. The entertainers are always fun to watch.

Tomorrow we are at sea. Another day to just chill out by the pool and play card games. I think I’ll take photos around the ship since it will be our last opportunity before we spend 9 months here. I’ll show you all where we will be spend all our time! Especially our tiny cabin!

Another interesting thing happened yesterday. The pool on the solarium was drained and since we had high seas the day before it should have been opened. Today is a port day. No reason it shouldn’t be. Chuck went to inquire at guest services and they stated that a guest had contaminated the pool and it had to be disinfected. I’ll leave the rest to your imagination. Don’t think we were supposed to know that much! 😳.

May God bless you always!

Chuck and Lea Ann
