Today is the day! I am going out. Somewhere. I don’t care where. These 4 walls are closing in on me. Sure, the balconies are a great place to sit outdoors but I need to move around and see the world! We are running out of time here in Spain. We leave on June 5th, only 3 weeks away. 

In the meantime, we have been working on our itinerary for the 2nd year. We wanted to go to some warm climates the 2nd round trip but an unbelievable cruise opportunity was presented to us and we couldn’t resist. It has been our plan all along to go to Vietnam. Chuck fought in the war there and he wants to go back and I want to go to China to see the great wall. It’s not the ideal time of year but its not horribly wet and cold. More mild to cool. Here is what we have so far. We’ll be in Asia almost 2 months (including the cruising), Belize, South Africa, St. Croix, all 2 months each and cruising 54 days! Now I need to see if we can make it all work. I’m sure I can!

This is what we do when we have time on our hands so it hasn’t been all bad. I love the itinerary but the distances from one place to another by plane is a little unnerving. Being on a plane that long is tiring especially with multiple stops. And some have international dateline changes, meaning we either lose or gain a day so my number of days may be a little off. But, it will be worth it!
