This weekend we had the pleasure of entertaining our son Scott. He’s always a lot of fun to hang out with. We took a walk downtown Dunedin one day and spent some time in Clearwater beach the next. He’s great about coming to see us and we always have a place to stay when we visit Texas.
He left Sunday and now we prepare for his sister to arrive for a few days in early December. She was really cutting it close! Looking forward to our visit.
Missing family will be the most difficult part of this trip. My little granddaughter Ava calls me on messenger frequently. I love it! With the new technology available we will have a better way of keeping in touch. Unlike our trip in 2018-2020 when FaceTime was just being used and most people weren’t as comfortable with it. Our only issue will be time differences. Hopefully it’ll only be minimal. This is one of the main reasons for our blog is to keep family and friends informed.
Not much going on right now, just in a waiting game and doing odds and ends to prepare for our extended absence away from our home. Two weeks and 3 days to go! It’ll be here before we know it. Enjoy this month’s itinerary!
