The infamous Panama Hats

The last time we visited Colon, we traveled to Panama City for the day. We learned a little about the city of Colon and found it’s not really a nice place to visit.

The website I look at is called whatsinport.com. It tells you about that particular port and it didn’t have much good to say about the safety of the port. So we decided to just do a quick walk around by the ship. Bought a Christmas ornament and a magnet for my collection. Other than that, just wasn’t interested enough to venture out.

The other terminal looked abandoned. I think this was the one we docked at on our last cruise and was cautioned to not venture out.

This was a market. We found a grocery store and a pharmacy here.

Tomorrow we are in Costa Rica. Another been there done that so we may just stay on the ship. We will see what tomorrow brings.
