San Juan, Puerto Rico

Capital of Puerto Rico under construction

Another beautiful December day. This time we are blessed to enjoy it in San Juan. We took a 2-mile walk around the castle and next to the ocean.

We arrived around 2:30 pm and won’t depart until around 9:30 tonight. We will miss the beautiful lights of the city. We were gifted a dinner for two in one of Royal Caribbeans restaurants. This one is an Italian place called Giovanni’s. It’s really good.

Our gift was from the customer service manager here on board due to the many problems we have experienced on this ship. Everything is great now and hopefully it will stay that way. I think the largest common denominator of our issues is staffing. They are severely understaffed, it’s the holidays and this is a small ship. it’s all good now!

Our last most notable trip to San Juan was in April 2019 when we first started our travels. All those wonderful memories coming back. You can read about it here.

Tomorrow we are back in St. Maarten. We are taking a tour so should learn some interesting stuff.

May God bless you always!
