Such a beautiful but foggy and wet place! We were excited to enjoy the fishing village of Peggys Cove. We had planned the trip and then changed it so that we could spend time with our friend from Ukraine. Myla has become a close friend to us after meeting her earlier in the spring and we wanted to catch up with her.

Our other friends, Graham and Amanda from the UK spent time at Peggy’s Cove and provided the pictures and information for us. We will also be spending time in Boston together.

Peggy’s Cove has a beautiful lighthouse also known as Peggys Point Lighthouse!. This is only one of 160 historical lighthouses in Nova Scotia. This one was built in 1915.

The area is designated as a preservation area but is still an active fishing village. The rocks perched along the Atlantic were just beautiful. We will have the opportunity to visit Halifax again. Will take this tour when we return.

May God Bless you always!
