Now that we are back in Croydon and rested from our whirlwind trip to Virginia, we can resume living our life as we have planned. We absolutely love the travel and will continue as we are able.

The nice 2 bedroom apartment we are living in for the next 40 days is so nicely decorated.

It has been totally upgraded with new appliances, bathroom and bedrooms. And, the security is very nice.

A code is needed to get into the apartment building and a code and/or fob is necessary for the apartment itself and a deadbolt lock.

So far all places we have been staying have had great security. It has felt good to feel secure.

Since we still don’t have any air conditioning in our living arrangements, we open the windows during the day and close them at night.

I’m still too paranoid not to think that anyone will scale the outside wall, 3 floors up, in some way to get in those windows.

But, we love it here, and feel very safe and comfortable. The neighborhood isn’t as beautiful as the apartment but walk a few miles and its a nice town.

We look forward to getting to London and see all the sights the British have to offer in their beautiful country.
